We offer rack rail sets, Network management cards, and replacement battery sets. These items usually ship for free with a larger UPS. Visit our store for accessories or ask us to post it.
ABOUT SHIPPING
We send nearly everything via truck freight. That means your item will arrive on a pallet from a large semi truck. Obviously if you live in a residential area or your business cant accept pallet deliveries, you need to ship it to another location or pick the unit up from a local terminal. In some cases we can ship a unit Fedex. However to make this safe, we often need to strip the unit down and ship it in 2-3 boxes. Additional charges may be required.
We also can ship on your own account or blind to your customers. Please call us for more info.
SPECIAL SERVICES
Rush Services - Need the unit tomarrow, or even today. We offer several solutions. We can even ship from one of our others locations to meet your needs.
TradeUPS offers - Do you have an old UPS you want to upgrade. We can offer you credit towards another UPS. Email me with your current unit and upgrade preference
Battery Recycling - Do you have old batteries you need to recycle. In many cases our vendors throughout the countries will accept your battery drop offs. Email me your old battery type and I will gladly assist you with recycling.

RETURNS
Items may be returned (unless specifically noted as final sale, closeout, overstock, and/or non-returnable) within 14 calender days of receipt for full refund less shipping costs both ways. Between 15 and 30 calender days items may be returned for store credit less shipping costs both ways. After 30 calender days the batteries have likely aged and cannot be sold as new, so no returns accepted.
In order to begin a return, the customer must email us. The customer will receive an RMA#, packing list, and shipping label. The item must be leave their facility within 5 business days of the RMA. Once the item is received, GreenlightUPS will refund the order within 7 business days. Shortages or missing items will be deducted from the refund.
WARRANTY as of 1/2013
Term - We offer a 12month warranty on all ups units and a 2 year warranty on batteries (May vary for Ebay Auctions). Our warranty policy begins at the delivery date or pickup date.
Ebay Auction Terms - EBay auctions are 90day warranty on units, 1 year warranty on battery, unless otherwise specified. All other terms the same
Initiation - If you have a problem with the UPS, first call or email us. Give me your phone number and a good time for our technical team to contact you. Our warranty requires you to perform basic testing and troubleshooting with our technical team prior to replacement.
Resolution - We exclusively decide whether to a) replace the unit or upgraded model, b) have the unit returned to us for repair, c) refund the purchase price less a pro-rated amount based on the cost of batteries.
Warranty Shipping - If we elect to send a replacement or repair, basic shipping (UPS ground or Freight) is included in the warranty. Overnight, Express, or Liftgate service is available for ADDITIONAL fee. You must pack and ready the unit for return shipping.
Limitation of Warranty - EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, WESWORTH MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties; therefore the aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser.
Limitation of Libaility -EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL WESWORTH BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. Specifically, Wesworth is NOT liable for any costs, such as lost profits or revenue, loss of equipment, loss of use of equipment, loss of perishables, costs of substitutes, claims by third parties, or otherwise.Battery Warranty - If the UPS indicates a bad battery during the warranty period we offer 3 options to handle the claim. You are required to assist in installation.
